| production method | 1. nitriding low-carbon ferrochrome in a vacuum heating furnace at 1150 ℃ to obtain crude ferrochrome nitride, which is then treated with sulfuric acid to remove iron impurities. After filtration, washing and drying, chromium nitride is obtained. It can also be made by the reaction of ammonia and chromium halide. 2. Cr2N is prepared by heating high purity electrolytic chromium powder in a nitrogen stream of 150mmHg(1mmHg = 133.322Pa) column at 1060 ℃ for 160h, discharging nitrogen and quenching. 3. low carbon ferrochrome is crushed to <3mm, 1000kg is nitrided in a vacuum heating furnace at 1150 ℃ and nitrogen pressure of 0.0987MPa for 24 hours to obtain coarse ferrochrome nitride. After cold, it is crushed to <0.3mm, and 1000kg is taken for nitriding again at 950 ℃ (other conditions are the same as before). After cooling, it is crushed to <0.3mm, put into a 1m3 reactor, treated with sulfuric acid for 16 hours, and dissolved iron. Filtering, washing and drying. Recovery of 109kg chromium nitride, containing Cr 78.6%,N 219.7%,O 20.80%,Fe 0.59%,C 0.13%. It can also be made by the reaction of ammonia and chromium halide. |
